My husband, son and I tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. I got the goat cheese dip which was phenomenal and my New York Steak was both flavourful and juicy! It was cooked to perfection. Our server Nana was by far one of the kindest servers I have ever had. He would make sure our order was correct, the bill and was very professional. I would come back again, thanks a lot Nana!
Courteous rapid service. Meals composed of fresh ingredients. Steak well prepared per customer specifications. Vegetable form factor and consistency is firm and savoury (not overcooked). The ambiance is energetic. A conversation requires an increased voice tone without the need to scream. Plenty of parking available on site. The restaurant is located on the ground level easily accessible to patrons with reduced mobility.
Went to Chuck’s this evening and had a great time. The bartender Nishith was awesome. Greeted us with a smile and put our order in straight away. The food came out hot and delicious. Thanks to all the Chuck’s staff we will definitely be back.
Service and Food Review for Ella at Chuck’s Roadhouse I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chuck’s Roadhouse, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Ella, our server, made us feel warmly welcomed and right at home. Her friendly demeanor, impeccable attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a fantastic evening. Ella’s knowledge of the menu was impressive—she offered excellent recommendations and answered all our questions with ease. I decided to try the steak, which she assured me was one of their specialties, and it did not disappoint. Cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, it was easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The sides were equally delicious, with fresh, vibrant flavors that complemented the meal beautifully. What truly stood out, however, was Ella’s commitment to ensuring we had a perfect dining experience. She checked in at just the right moments, refilled our drinks promptly, and even went the extra mile to ensure our special requests were met without hesitation. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth in a server. Chuck’s Roadhouse has a gem in Ella, and I’ll definitely be returning soon. A couple of us came here for lunch and it was fabulous!! The service was so friendly and quick! Our server Angie was so kind and very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant. We got fish and chips and the club sandwich and it was AMAZING!! Can’t wait to be back this summer!
Thursday, June 5th, 2025 First visit I decided to celebrate my birthday for lunch and was greeted by a friendly young man who asked us if we wanted dining or bar table so we chose a booth in the corner next to a window (I'm sorry, I did not get his name ? ?) While waiting, within seconds BONNIE arrived to ask us for our drink order: eye noticed a Red Sangria which I like but rarely ever find it at restaurants; I was excited! then she returned to take our meal order order of medium wings & a reg size Caesar Salad I had enough room in my belly for a dessert called 'The Buckaroo': Warm and creamy French vanilla filling wrapped in a light, flaky pastry. Dusted with icing sugar and cinnamon, topped with two scoops of ice cream and drizzled with caramel sauce. O!MY!GOSH! Thank you to the owner(s) who decided to open a Chuck's Roadhouse in my new adopted town of Owen Sound On my next visit, I will order your lobster tail

This is our first time trying chucks roadhouse food and we like it . Their rib was so tender . Steak and lobster tail taste good as well, but the steak was different from the picture (big cut in the picture but not when they serve it). Onion rings and sweet potatoes are wasn’t oily at all.
